Art is in the eye of the beholder and so too are the images that inspire. My work varies from painting, drawing , sculpting and photography. I get my inspiration from artists that I love, things that surround me, my family and my imagination.

Homage to the Ladies Lunch

Today I had 10 lovely ladies over from work and we had a lovely lunch together at my home.
 So I got out a special dinner set that my husband inherited from a dear Aunt and made a very 'girly' table setting.
I love chrysanthemums and daisies, so I bought some for the table centres.  I mixed my dinner sets, as I didn't have enough of each, so I thought it looked pretty nice with the mix of modern and vintage Royal Dalton.
 Lunch, champagne, good company and some laughs- what more could a girl want.
 I know- a cute little Schnauzer who wooed her way into the hearts of two particular girls!

    Lunch was such a pleasure today, Jen! You decorated beautifully and the company was wonderful! I loved your china dinner setting, it is so pretty! It is such a treat to eat and drink from such beautiful china! Everything tastes better! We definitely need to do it more often! X
